Hope everyone is having a wonderful and yummy Thanksgiving Day. I am very blessed to have such amazing and very close family to celebrate this special day with. I am very thankful for my wonderful brother-in-law who always makes yummy and oh so delicious food every year for dinner. Hope you enjoy these pictures.
My cute little nephew is just too excited and couldn’t wait to taste the yummy and juicy turkey.
He’s drooling….
Seriously, this turkey is by far the juiciest and the best homemade turkey. My hubby followed Alton Brown’s recipe and it turned out great! Very tender and very very juicy.
Delicious devil egg made by my wonderful sister-in-law
Totally awesome turkey dressing ever! My brother in-law baked bread with celeries, roasted walnuts and chopped cranberries. To the left yummy pasta salad.
Yummy roasted vegetables which include sweet potato, brussels sprouts, carrots and baby onions. To the right of the picture is Korean mashed potato. If you never had this you should try. The potato was cook with sweet potato, regular potato, garlic and onions in boiling milk and vegetable broth, drained and mashed all together. Then add kimchi.
Can’t have Thanksgiving dinner without homemade pumpkin pie and topped with Vegan whipped cream.
that looks amazing! Where did you score Brussels on the stem like that?
